| MISSION DANCE is a free form dance journey. Experience the power of an expertly crafted, movement-inspiring, rhythmic two hour dance set to enliven the body and enrich the soul. Join fellow dance travelers every Sunday in a gorgeous, light filled studio with a sprung dance floor, located in the HEART OF THE MISSION. The journey begins with a gentle warm-up with sounds from across the globe to quiet the mind, followed by an energy building set of irresistible dance music and concludes with a gradual return to a calming rhythm for transition back to the beat of everyday life. No dance experience is necessary... Come only with the intention of being moved by what you experience - the energy beneath your feet, the stirring in your soul, and the movements, feelings, thoughts and images that unfold for you as the energy of the dance moves through you. Do not be surprised if MISSION DANCE sends your feet flying, your spirit soaring, and delivers your soul back to its very own doorstep. Wear comfortable clothing. Plan on taking your street shoes off. Dance barefoot or in dance shoes. | ||
